Since the 8th grade, a handful of the same students have stayed in the 21st Century Pilot Program. After traveling to five different countries and being taught college level classes, senior year has finally come. Julia, Jesse, Patric, Jalen, Brianna, Leilani C., Leilani T., Mari, Adam, Leslie, Nikkita, Reiko, James, Braxton, and Anh all decided to travel to Scandinavia to visit their Uncle Rump over spring break.
All 15 brothers and sister piled up into three cars and drove to New York.
“I can’t believe we are graduating high school in less than two months!” Leilani T. said astonished. “I can’t wait until college!”
“I know frat parties!!” Patric said excitedly. “And college girls!”
“Patric stop, as Radzak would say, get your mind out of the gutter!” Leilani Conklin yelled to Patric. “Hey, Julia you want to drive?”
“Sure at the next stop” Julia replied.
Leilani Conklin was driving and was getting tired, since she was driving a car with Patric, Jesse, Brianna, and Julia in it.
In the two other cars was Leilani T. driving with Nikkita, Reiko, Mari and Adam. Then in the other car was James driving with Leslie, Braxton, and Anh. They all finally got to Kansas and decided to stop for dinner.
“Hey there’s Golden Coral, let’s go eat dinner there!” Nikkita said excitedly.
“Okay, call Braxton and Brianna and tell them to get off at the next exit” James said as he yawned.
“I’ll do it right now” Nikkita said.
After an hour and half of stuffing faces full of the greatest food on earth, it was time to keep on driving. All 15 kids decided to trade driving at every stop, so now it was time for Mari, Julia, and Anh to drive to Missouri. They all decided to not stop and sleep to site see in Kansas, because there is nothing exciting to see in Kansas.
“We should see the arch thingy that’s in Missouri!” Mari said.
“What arch thingy?” Leilani Conklin said, over the phone.
“The arch thingy” Mari said.
“What arch thingy?” Leilani Conklin said.
“The arch thingy” Mari said.
“Ok, ok, Mari whatever you say.” Leilani Conklin said confused at what Mari was saying.
“Thank You” Mari said in assurance.
“Wait, why should we go somewhere, where we don’t even know what its called?” Leilani Conklin questioned.
“I don’t know, we just should.” Mari yelled.
After driving all night everyone decided to find a hotel in Missouri, so everyone could take showers and get ready. To make it easier everyone that was in a car together, was in a hotel room together. Since Mari wanted to go to the “arch thingy” everyone had decided to site see only for a day in Missouri.
When the site seeing was over everyone went back to the hotel to get a great night sleep. If they wanted to get to New York on time, they had to leave the hotel at 4a.m.
“Do we really have to leave at four?” Leilani Conklin wined.
“No, Leilani, we don’t?” Adam said sarcastically.
“Really?” Leilani said surprised.
“No, I was totally joking.” Adam laughed.
“UGH, that was mean, well, I will tell you one thing, I am not driving tomorrow morning.” Leilani said with triumph.
After that 15 brothers and sisters drove and drove all the way to New York, they stopped every once in a while to site see, sleep, and eat. Once they all got on the plane, everyone fell asleep instantly and didn’t wake up until the plane had landed. When, they got to baggage claim, Uncle Rump was standing there waiting.
“I’m so excited to see all of you!” Uncle Rump rumbled.
Everyone else was so excited to see him too. When they got back to his house it was dark. They all got ready for bed but they couldn’t go to sleep because of all the sleep they got on the plane. Then Patric got this idea.
“Hey do you want to go explore?!” Patric said excitedly
“YA!!!!” Braxton, James, Reiko, and Adam yelled all at once.
“Are you sure?” Questioned Jesse
“Jesse, you are such a wimp.” said all the girls
“Your mom.” Jesse said
“Jesse, don’t ever say that again.” Nikkita annoying said
“Guys come on lets just go.” Patric said with a winy voice
They all got ready, and that was when their adventure began. As they were walking down the hallway, Mari disappeared.
“Hey where did Mari go?” Leslie asked with a worried voiced
“She was just right here by with me a second ago.” Brianna said
Then they heard a loud scream that sounded like Mari. Everybody ran toward where they heard the scream. Leslie was there first, and she saw the door close right before her eyes. They all stood there wondering what to do.
“Come on we have to go in!” exclaimed Leslie
“I don’t want to go.” wailed Leilani Conklin
“Fine stay out here.” said Leslie in an offended voice
“Come on lets not fight.” Leilani T said
“How about the boys go first and then us girls will follow?” Julia asked
“Ok that sounds good. I will go first.” James said bravely
James went into the door. There was plenty of room for everybody to fit in. They were just starting to walk when the floor gave away and they fell down an enormous slide. They were all screaming all the way down. When it was all over a weird thing happened. They all started having a weird feeling like they were going to throw up. When it was all over they realized they weren’t human anymore. Julia was a white unicorn, Jesse was a three headed donkey, Patric was a pink pony with yellow wings, and purple duck feet and he barked, Jalen was a tiger with two tails, Brianna was a fairy, Leilani C. Purple duck, Leilani T. was Tinkerbelle, Mari was a mermaid, Adam was a green pig, Leslie was a blue bunny that has wings, Nikkita was a kitty human, Reiko was a red goat, James was a ninja, Braxton was black snake, and Anh was a fairy. Everyone had become their dream creature, and they had played and dreamed and lived their dream lives in this magical land. After 50 years having fun, no one ever wanted to leave, because they were having so m
uch fun playing and dreaming in their new form. But after one day of exploring Mari had found a door that had never been seen before.
“Hey lets go check it out” Mari said excitedly.
“Ok” everybody said. “Let’s go!”
They went into the door and when they came out on the other side they were in their human form again. The weird thing was, they didn’t age a second. They were the same age before they went into the mysterious door; it’s like time had just stopped on Earth when everyone went inside the door.
“Well I guess we’ll be able to graduate high school after all.” Julia said happily.
